| Ingredients: | 6 potatoes garlic salt 1/2 pint of cream |

| Instructions: | Preheat dutch oven to 325 degrees. Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices. Place a layer of potatoes in the D.O. Sprinkle garlic salt over the top. Repeat for all potatoes. Pour cream over the top. Cook for 1 hour. |
